TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

§1 General provisions

1 The DREAM BEDS store sells customized children’s furniture at https://dreambeds.redmustangserwer.pl/.

§2 Ordering and payment

1 Orders can be placed through the website.

2. 100% prepayment required (Tpay or other available methods).

(3) Once processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

§3 Implementation and delivery

1. lead time: 4-6 weeks

2 Shipping methods:

– Carrier CTL Group or FHML

– Personal collection : 46-045 Kotórz Mały, 73 Opolska St.

(3) The cost of delivery is given with the order.

(4) The customer is obliged to provide the correct delivery address and check the external condition of packages upon receipt.

§4 Returns and complaints

1 No right of return (Article 38(3) of the Law on Consumer Rights).

(2) Complaints of faulty performance can be reported on within 14 days of receipt by phone or e-mail dream4beds@gmail.com

3. transport damage must be reported to the courier upon receipt.

§5 Personal data

1 Customer data is processed in accordance with the RODO and the store’s privacy policy.

§6 Final provisions

(1) In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

(2) The Regulations are effective as of the date of publication.
